Fantastic service from Giuseppe who went above and beyond to get the timepiece to me in the shortest possible time with no additional charge.Despite being out of the country when I made my enquiry Giuseppe was quick to respond, giving me peace of mind that BrothersinTime were an ideal choice for such an expensive purchase. Once the purchase had been agreed, he kept me well updated on my order and the delivery. The watch is was described as perfect and when it arrived it was absolutely pristine, considering it was 'pre-loved'. Like many others before me, I am absolutely delighted with the whole purchase experience and would highly recommend to anyone considering a luxury watch!

I had a great experience with Brothers In Time. Genuinely knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Highly Recommended!
Thank you Giuseppe, hopefully that was the first of many deals.

Fantastic service from Giuseppe & the Brothers in Time team! Giuseppe was quick to respond to my initial enquiry, and once the purchase had been agreed, he kept me well updated on my order and the delivery. The watch is just as described, I am absolutely delighted with it!

Great service , first time I have ever spent this kind of money online .. Reputable and very helpful .. Thank you Giuseppe … Top service !

I bought a watch through Brothers in Time; Guiseppe kept me well informed on progress and provided additional information on request. When I received the watch - I contacted Guiseppe to raise a minor point, he acted with absolute urgency and with true customer service at mind to resolve. I was very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend BiT and Guiseppe.

Another absolutely fantastic experience and a repeat purchase from Brothers in Time. Giuseppe went above and beyond to make the transition as smooth as possible. Cannot recommend highly enough and look forward future transactions.

5* found a nice watch on brothers on time and spoke through whatapp . Arranged a time went to view the watch exactly as described will definitely contact and use again if I ever buy another one . Very good service and nice guy top marks 👍

Found Brothers in time on line. Great experience both buying and selling.
Easy and pleasant transactions.
Would definitely recommend and use again.

Made the trip to Bedford this morning to meet up with Giuseppe and do a deal. Wonderful experience, such an easy person to do business with. I will not hesitate to use again. Perfect 👍🏼

From the very first contact with Guiseppe at Brothers In Time, to the watch landing at my front door, the service has been nothing short of flawless. This guy cares, has a wealth of horology knowledge and understands the customer’s needs to a tee. Everything I requested was actioned, nothing was too much trouble. The Sub 16610LN is even better than it looked on the videos and was sized up and ready to wear when it arrived. Brothers In Time not only have beautiful timepieces in the store, but they can also look to source what you're after. And as all us watch lovers know, it's an addiction isn't it, you're never fully satisfied! I will be back to Guiseppe when I'm ready for my next purchase. Thanks so much brother, I'll wear in good health ('',)

Pictures of the watch were perfect with the description of the item being exactly how it was. Came packaged brilliantly and arrived shortly after I placed the order. The only issue I had was they had so many good options to choose from it was difficult to decide! When it comes time for my next purchase I will definitely be looking at what they have to offer.

Excellent service. Bought lovely bi-metal Daytona with champagne face. First Rolex and Giuseppe couldn’t have been more helpful. Highly recommended.

I have had my eye on a watch for years and was just waiting for the right watch at the right time.
I pulled the trigger finally and could not be happier.
Giuseppe was excellent to deal with. He was very patient with all my questions, detailed with his answers and it was a great experience all round.
If you are looking for a watch then this is the place to go. The whole process is professional, efficient and you won’t regret choosing Brothers in Time.
Thank you.

Giuseppe was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Communication was excellent—he was quick to respond, clear in his answers, and very helpful throughout the entire process. He provided all the information I needed promptly and made the transaction smooth and straightforward. The watch arrived exactly as described, and it was clear he takes great care in representing his pieces accurately. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Giuseppe again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional seller. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great service. Fair prices, good communication. Very good to do business with for sure 👍🏻

This is my second watch I’ve purchased through Brothers in Time and specifically in dealing with Giuseppe. I always follow the principle of ‘buy the dealer’ before the watch and Giuseppe is someone who really knows watches and can be trusted with the best advice, products as described and competitive pricing. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Brothers in Time again.

After a few back and forth messages it was clear that Giuseppe really knew his stuff about the watch in question. (I had spent the last 6 months researching it!)

One of my concerns was about authenticity, but backed with their lifetime guarantee my mind was put at ease.

No high pressure sales, just good honest advice and the ability to see the watch in person and try it on was nice too, certainly worth the drive.

Watch was better than described.

Highly recommend, Genuine chap, I'm already thinking about the next one!

I have dealt with this company on two occasions. One a purchase and two a sale. Exceedingly good, honest communication. Met both on each transaction and very friendly chaps. Highly recommend them for anyone entering the world of watches !!!

What an experience! Giuseppe was amazing from start to finish. I bought a watch for my wife’s Christmas present and the service was second to none. Fantastic price and fantastic communication, videos and pics of the watch when requested over WhatsApp. I live 50 mins away from the showroom and Giuseppe kindly offered to deliver the watch for me, which was amazing. Thank you very much. Tom

This was my 4th time doing business with Brothers In Time, and the process was absolutely perfect, yet again!

Communication with Guiseppe was exemplary (Guiseppe and Eren are great guys) and I managed to secure an absolutely beautiful watch. I genuinely can’t thank them enough. I had my new watch dispatched the same day my part-exchange was delivered to them-talk about prompt service! Guiseppe (and Eren) are truly a credit to the watch-world and doing business with them is so easy, reliable, friendly and enjoyable.

They have absolutely beautiful condition watches and a wealth of knowledge making them, in my opinion, the absolute first (and only) stop if looking to purchase a beautiful watch.

Thank you so, so much Guiseppe (and Eren) for incredible service yet again!
