Gorgeous bracelet

I bought the bracelet as a present and it is really lovely. Not given yet so not sure about durability but excited to give it to my friend as she will love it. Had a problem that the wrong colour was sent (I wanted a specific colour for running club colour) but when I contacted sailbrace their customer service was outstanding and it was very quickly resolved with regular contact to update me. Thank you, I will definitely be buying again!

Lack of info on contact lens subscription

I have recently taken out a contact lens subscription and was told I would get an email with details of the plan including benefits such as eye tests and savings in glasses as well as access to an online portal to manage plan. This was important to me as I travel a lot. I have received no information at all! Ive been to the shop and whilst the staff were pleasant to me they confirmed they have no information to share and I should not have been told I would get an email!
I checked the website and it states…
“24/7 online account access so you can pause deliveries, request extra lenses or update details” under the plan details.
The shop staff told me the portal is not effective anyway and could not give me access!
I feel like I am completely in the dark about what I have signed up to!
