Flixbus ; not designed to give refunds

That is the only reaction on the terrible website when I give my opinion about Flixbus refund-policies. I had for medical reasons to cancel my trip last year. It took 3 different Flixbusses and some other trajects so I also had booked parts of this journey via other transport-organisations like Omnio and could easily and immediately get my money back. The refund-protocol of Flix was unlike the rest and obviously designed for not getting your money back. I took the vouchers (not addable, so three vouchers, which is bad) and mailed Flix. Never got an answer.Phoning was (of course) impossible. Now almost a year later I get an answer which tells me I can't get my money back and can't add the voucher-amount up into one booking, so I have to make 3 bookings before this May. This is not the policy of a good and helpful company, this is a construction to make as much profit with as little service. This is like Ryan Air(not a compliment as we all will know). I never give ratings in general but this time I will.
