The flowers I ordered for Mother’s Day were very poor for the price and nothing like the website image. I am very disappointed and will not be ordering again.

Wouldn’t even give them one star if I had the choice!

I placed an order online for 2 items. I returned both items the same day they were delivered to one of their stores. The store assistant was unable to locate my order as it was “new” so advised they’d return the items on my behalf to the distribution centre where I’d be refunded. I was provided with a slip to confirm the return and advised this would be processed within a week.

I received an email 3 days later confirming a refund for one of the items.
I contacted via their online webform to enquire as to why the other item has not been refunded- no response!

I then contacted them via phone. After waiting nearly 40 minutes to get through, I was met with a dismissive and unhelpful agent who could not answer my questions and rudely told me I’d have to just wait for my refund on the other item. I asked if there was anybody more senior who could help as I was getting nowhere. The agent told me to ring back another time. I do not have time to be waiting 40 minutes on hold again.

I have now had to open a dispute with PayPal as JD have been of no help whatsoever. They’re quick enough to take your money though!

Based on this experience, I will not be shopping with JD again.

Please sort my refund ASAP!

The engineer arrived within the specified time and got the issue fixed quickly.
