They have made three appointments with me to install smart meters, every time I have booked time off work but then the engineer does not turn up, today a lady called Michelle from Eon emailed me to say she will call me at 4.30pm to discuss why I have been let down yet again and she didn’t even call me! I will be changing my gas and electricity providers because Eon have done nothing but let me down

Not happy as the managers have assigned me yet another case handler so this is now my 6th case handler and my case is nearly three years old

Mason and Paul support staff both left me waiting in chat and left the chat without answering my question which was my account has been closed my account was in credit will I get my money back that’s in my account, well they didn’t answer because they haven’t given me my money back!! So keep away from blazespins there’s much better casinos out there
