I would highly recommend Steve as a property surveyor. It was a very easy process to book in the survey and Steve was very accommodating and helpful with choosing a suitable date for the survey.

The report was provided after three working days and was extremely thorough. We had a couple of questions based on the survey so had a follow up call with Steve shortly after. He was able to quickly answer our questions and recommend the next steps to take.

This was our second survey with Steve as unfortunately the survey on the first property we were trying to purchase highlighted some major issues so although it was upsetting news at the time, it saved us so much money in the long-term!

Overall Steve is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful so I would highly recommend booking a survey with him.
