Moove seems okay at the start
Moove seems okay at the start — I drove for nearly 3 years, never missed payments, and never even took a holiday break. I paid over £40,000 toward a 4.5-year contract.
But when I became seriously ill and asked for a short payment pause, they didn’t care. I emailed them formally, explained my condition — they still took my car. That decision left me without any income, while I was trying to recover and look after my young family during one of the hardest times of my life.
What hurt most: I was near the end of my contract. Moove clearly saw an opportunity — they took the car and handed it to another Uber driver on a new 5-year contract to make more profit. They don’t care about your loyalty or your situation — they just move on to the next driver.
I never even used any of my holiday breaks the entire time I was with them. Trust me — don’t make the mistake I did.
But Alhamdulillah — I believe everything happens for a reason.

When one door closes, Allah opens another. Just be warned: don’t put your trust in Moove.
