I went and had a tyre changed at Daventry Just Tyres, they discovered the other back tyre was fitted on incorrectly and put on backwards they said. Not only have I been driving around for years with issue and damage caused to the tyre which was fitted by them. When I called the customer service a few times I had to ask them who they were as there was no effort to even say that, the final lady I spoke to even started saying good bye and cut me off as I was asking a question. She wasnt listening to me . I rang back and she played dumb.

Then she had the region manager for the Daventry branch call me up and he was defensive and questioning and saying I could have had that fitted in anywhere since and there was a botched fixing of a puncture , I remember slightly having that was done at just tyres , I think that was on the tyre I went in for originally, but they said it was on the tyre they fitted incorrectly. He kept saying my MOT's should have picked it up, but the point is they fitted it dangerously and I was driving it for a long time. then he came up with the excuse that I have had a long run out of the tyre, again they fitted it incorrectly. There was no responsibilty and gesture to recitify their errors.

To sum up the manager after calling the manual worker who fitted the tyre , was defensive , abrupt , rude and didnt want to know or try to believe me from the start. really poor customer service and quite dangerous to be having tyres fitted incorrectly .
