Absolutely incredible service. I have sent 3 phones to them on different days. As soon as the phones were received, they were checked and payment was sent all in under half an hour. Will 100% use them again.

Used these now a few times and they are amazing. Check the phones same day and payout instantly. No messing around and no waiting around. Would highly recommend them.

This is my second time using UR however this time I have received no communication from them. My phone was sent and delivered by special delivery on Tuesday morning. I have not received an email to say the two items I sent have been received or that they are being tested (which I received the last time I used them) the website states same day payment and I am currently on holiday and needing the money. I will update my review as soon as I actually hear anything from them on receive my money.

Update: 7/10/24 - was told when I phoned at 16.51 that my payment was about to go through via Bacs but lo and behold still waiting.

Payment finally received at 8pm on 7/10/24. Just be prepared it’s not a quick process unlike other recycle centres and it’s not same day payment like the website states. I’ve given it 3 stars as I did get what I was quoted in the end.
