In relation to the labels, we use thermal-printed labels, which can unfortunately be sensitive to friction, heat and oils. This can sometimes cause the print to fade or mark if rubbed.

We’d also like to clarify that we do not print batch numbers or expiry dates directly onto our standard labels, as it isn’t feasible to update every individual label with batch-specific information. Most of our customers who require batch numbers for soap or cosmetic compliance simply email us with their order details, and we provide the relevant batch information and documentation directly. We’re always happy to supply this promptly.

We completely understand how important clear labelling is when you’re manufacturing products for sale, so if you’d like to contact us with your order number, we’re more than happy to assist further.
