My parcel was stolen from my doorstep-…

My parcel was stolen from my doorstep- so I never received it. I did not nominate my front porch as a safe place as it is on the street. This is a building with multiple flats that the driver could have rung anyone in the building to let them leave it Inside. To add to this my partner WAS IN and nobody even attempted to ring the doorbell before leaving it on the front door step. This is a package from a friend that had high sentimental value. I am so upset.

I’m really sorry this happened. Having a package with sentimental value stolen is heartbreaking, especially when it could have been avoided if the driver had simply rung the doorbell or followed proper delivery procedures. You should never have to worry about something so important being carelessly left in an unsafe spot.
