Drinks sent to billing address in Southampton, not the shipping address in Gloucester. Customer services responded after 2 days being rude and dismissive. No options to sort it out. They ignored everything else I’ve sent since the one reply. Terrible company.

No extortionately priced gravy delivered. Then near on impossible to get a refund for it. Just have to take a £9 hit on top of the £5 delivery and service charge. Disgusting rip off!

Impossible to report missing items to anyone. Just takes you round in circles. Uber absolutely no help and they’re not the ones packing the food anyway. It’s theft. They have literally stolen my money. Will never use again.

Items not delivered. Point blank refuse to refund me on the missing items. Legalised theft!

Missing items. I raised it with Just Eat immediately who said they would look into it and let me know. Then get an email saying there’s nothing they can do. This is theft! Why should I work hard for my money only to have it stolen by them?
