I had mistakenly ordered too many of a certain item. When I phoned about returning the surplus , the company representative was extremely helpful and my refund was processed very quickly. It was a pleasure to deal with this company.

They organised my scan quickly and I received a report the next day.
However, I did find it inconvenient that I had to wait for them to phone me after I'd booked online, as when they attempted to call, it was inconvenient and, as I couldn't return the call, it took a while to make contact.
