I have been recommending Stone Survey LTD to my clients in the Mayfair and Knightsbridge areas for the last couple of years. Steven and his team are honest, reliable and trustworthy.

I booked a holiday via last minute.com. It took nearly 2.5 hours to book as the advisor was very slow and spoke very broken English which was hard to understand. Then I received an email advising that our flights have been cancelled so they need to cancel our holiday and will only refund HALF the £900 deposit we've paid. Let's be honest no one has the time to read every single word in their lengthly terms and conditions as you expect them as a company to be decent human beings and not treat people this way. I would strongly recommend avoiding using this company. They cause nothing but stress, wasted time and disappointment. I will make sure my friends, family and colleagues know to keep well away from this company.
