I visited the Hobbycraft store in Exeter to purchase a gift voucher. The lady who served me was bright and cheerful, and very helpful in answering my questions about the voucher.

The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Nothing gets done without constant prompting from myself. It took well over a year for the errors in the fitting to be rectified and over two years later I am still waiting for compensation to be settled (or even an offer made) for damage done to the property during fitting, the inconvenience of missed appointments and the stress involved in trying to get this resolved. Tried to call them again today, within the advertised Customer Service hours, only to be told by an automated message that the Customer Service centre is now closed and to call back within their opening hours!
