Got myself a granny charger just in case so it's not a day to day use thing for me. But I love that it has the ability to change the amperage to protect the wiring. Just giving it a test run now and so far so good. Would I use them again ... I hope I don't have to 😉 but if I did I would!

WiFi calling done right and network speeds unthrottled! The lack of an app is a little frustrating but the web view works well.

Sergiu was an absolute star. He informed me the night before of arrival time. But then things got better. His attention to detail was marvelous. Little things like how he made sure that there was no dust left on the floor from the installation hole.

Very helpful support from Blinds-2Go today. Easy chat support system. Chatted with Trey who identified me as a customer from my email and post code and then when I told him the issue came back to me having already posted a request to dispatch replacement parts without having been asked and without charge.
