Useless

I started my subscription a month ago, and nothing moved forward since then, my case is stuck in the same place. I called 3 times and they told me an attorney will call me to schedule a 20 min interview but I have to pay extra. So I don't know what I'm paying for.
By now they only took my money for nothing.
