Made an order on 2nd Dec, it's 30th Dec now and order is nowhere in sight despite having estimated delivery for 11-13th Dec.
Escalated several times and was finally offered a 10% discount coupon on 19th Dec to be used on another order within the next 15 days. I openly told them was a rubbish solution, why would I make another order when my first one hasn't arrived yet and has no plans on arriving within 2025? They have insisted this is the only option they have.
Made a formal complaint on the 19th Dec and have found out today that I was given the wrong case number for this (Amit from customer service, honestly how do you even mess that up?). Additionally to this, had to ask Amit SEVEN times to escalate to a formal complaint, he was very unwilling to do so.
Also spoke on the phone to York who asked me to put in a formal complaint in writing who then got offended when I asked him how it was possible for his colleague to have given me the wrong case number and that it seemed a bit incompetent. When I repeatedly asked what email I could send this complaint to, York thanked me for calling Bershka and hung up.
OVERALL: poor delivery, no solutions, unresponsive and unhelpful with complaints
