Useless train service

Don’t hope to get anywhere at a reasonable time the second there is the slightest bit of rain

They will also offer you alternative train tickets that have longer travel times and are more expensive than your initial tickets as if that’s supposed to make it better (:

Good experience

Statement design (which helped as I discovered the brand via asking someone who was wearing one of the T shirts on a tourbus in Europe) + attractive packaging

Made a really nice birthday gift for a close friend, order was super fast so was in time too. Customer service was also responsive via website enquiries

Dread every time I see a company has chosen yodel to deliver

Ordered a whole microwave off amazon that was meant to be delivered via Yodel that they refused to deliver or give any communication about for weeks. Apparently it was sent back to Amazon but they kept saying they would aim to deliver instead the liars hahah

Sometimes they have just returned my order to sender for no apparent reason either, they will not notify you if they need more information about your address and even if you try to contact them for this, they will not do anything about it. They do not give you the option to divert your parcels to collection lockers or shops either.

You can get through to their customer service if you have enough time to sit there and wait for them to respond but don't expect solutions hahah pretty sure none of them have any idea what's going on.

Not sure what can be done apart from asking your companies not to use yodel because they seem to have no interest in functioning well as a courier service

cheap clothes = cheap service

Made an order on 2nd Dec, it's 30th Dec now and order is nowhere in sight despite having estimated delivery for 11-13th Dec.

Escalated several times and was finally offered a 10% discount coupon on 19th Dec to be used on another order within the next 15 days. I openly told them was a rubbish solution, why would I make another order when my first one hasn't arrived yet and has no plans on arriving within 2025? They have insisted this is the only option they have.

Made a formal complaint on the 19th Dec and have found out today that I was given the wrong case number for this (Amit from customer service, honestly how do you even mess that up?). Additionally to this, had to ask Amit SEVEN times to escalate to a formal complaint, he was very unwilling to do so.

Also spoke on the phone to York who asked me to put in a formal complaint in writing who then got offended when I asked him how it was possible for his colleague to have given me the wrong case number and that it seemed a bit incompetent. When I repeatedly asked what email I could send this complaint to, York thanked me for calling Bershka and hung up.

OVERALL: poor delivery, no solutions, unresponsive and unhelpful with complaints

Pity there isn't a rating less than 1 star.

The driver keeps listing a failed collection when they don't even ring the doorbell to let us know they have arrived. This has happened for 3 days in a row now and customer service is not helpful at all. The complaints procedure is also nothing but apologies without solutions which is appalling. I've spent hours in total on the phone just waiting to speak to customer service.

My box is still sitting waiting to be collected while they book me collection after collection. I was told the depot would phone me as well and I am still waiting for that call. It's crazy how they run a business like this. First and last time using Parcelforce what a shoddy service.

They don't tell you about any delays on their deliveries either so I was sat home waiting from 7am to 5.30pm for parcels that were meant to arrive on the 19th (purchased 2 day delivery) that never arrived. No email, no text message, no notification to even inform me of the delay. I have sat around all day doing nothing for absolutely no reason. Absolutely horrific service because customer service hung up on me without resolving my query about not having my boxes arrive today.
