Well, like many people, most likely pessimistic. Then on Thursday night watching the footy, phone rings, its Ray calling me, WOW #Shocked Gone and won the 5090 Founders Edition, utterly shocked.

These guys are so genuine its untrue, always seem a great bunch and have some fantastic competitions which are all 100% legit.

It taught me a valuable lesson and its the age old saying "You gotta be In it... to Win It :)" Cheers CompCity, looking forward to dropping that Phat One in my PC when it arrives this week coming :)

After being with Virgin Media (Previous Blueyonder/NTL) for over 25 years since the 1st install was 0.5 meg. I decided a change was needed as the monopoly is no more.

My experience with Zen as I've only been a customer for a month or so has been perfect, installed by CityFibre and power by Zen everything has been great. I think the thing that also makes it great is the contact, customer services and support, direct from a UK call center which is rare these days, not needed to explain yourself to several different people saying the same thing just for them to read from their laminate.

All in all, real good so far and would recommend highly

Prices were more than competitive with the same features and more than my previous company.
