I had my vip 4d scan with Sonographer Phlebotomist and i really didn't enjoy it. The whole reason i went there was because i read the reviews beforehand and it says how amazing their service was otherwise i went somewhere else when i had my older daughter. He was so moody and rushed everything and only one or two pictures came out clear and the rest was pointless! The appointment was for 15 minutes and he hardly gave me 8-9 minutes, There was no smile on his face and he didn't talk through anything with me while he was doing the scan. i felt really uncomfortable to even ask him anything to be honest as he looked so miserable. I don't think i will be using hey baby if didn't in the future as i found the experience very unfriendly!

Absolutely terrible service, i had a sandal sent out 3 times and ever time they sent me the wrong size and when i called the customer service all they kept saying is order again, even the staff in stores are very rude. jd sports isnt same anymore. the staff are very rude and not helpful at all.
