This deserves a 0. Hotpoint are absolutely dreadful ..called them about a dishwasher that I bought 2 months ago...all the stainless steel peeling off...they said not their problem. She refused to even log the call for me and wouldn't pass onto anyone to look into. Definitely never buying any of their products ever again...stay away...disgusting patronising staff who don't care.

We have had a french door fitted this morning at 7.30 by John and Donna. John called us yesterday to let us know when they would be arriving and they turned up on the dot. Put sheets out before stepping into the carpet area and did a lovely job cleaning up. Door fitting spot on and finished to high level. Both efficient and answered questions we had. Definitely recommend them as they were both professional and efficient.

So I don't normally write reviews but this one certainly deserves one as Nikie as the only person who actually listened and responded positively. I was kept up to date and issue was resolved completely before my complaint was closed. A credit to EDF where unfortunately there is a lack of customer service generally
