I have purchased a new service contract…
I have purchased a new service contract and was assured fixing device within 2 days. But got my first Engineer appointment on 7th day. All complaines and model number was already provided in advance. This person had no clue about the complained and started asking me, explained again. Now he said he wants to order some parts. Again waited for 7days for the next Engineer for fixing it. He drove 1hr to reach this place, so he say. Again no clue what the job is and what parts are needed for the job. Said main parts was not ordered. Again want to place order and wait for further 7days for this parts to arrive. Now i got a call from customer care saying if im not happy i can cancel the contract or wait for their availability.
Told over the phone all parts needed now are available and i agreed to wait for 5more days. Got email notification next appointment will be again on 7th day.
Soon got another email saying parts are not available and will let me know when they are available.
Waised my days and stocks for them to service.
