Roshan was great, explained everything he was doing, he wasn’t 100% sure he could get the download speed to where it should be and explained why. But he got it sorted and made sure everything was done neatly and properly. I now have a happy child as his gaming is better and I’m happy as I’m actually getting what I am paying for, for the first time since upgrading.
