We purchased a gift voucher as a birthday present and selected first-class delivery due to a limited timeframe. However, after three days, it had still not arrived.

ordered the below and only got 1 screw even though their website says 10PK (to which they have taken off but have copied text before they did)
Why would i pay nearly £10 for 1 screw with delivery!! I was told the 10PK doesnt mean 10 pack?!?

I ordered a soft throw and pillow, they are
nice but cheap looking, I am glad there was a discount as if I had paid full price I would have been very disappointed.

i used them in Sep 2023 do not used them as she didn't listen to my original issue. She was not available to talk to and never replied to messages. After she said i would have to pay her to go any further!
