I’ve used JustPark on many occasions especially when looking to park in London, it makes it super easy to navigate parking close to the venues I need, and is always much cheaper than traditional car parks.

Ordered a new carpet cleaner.. next day delivery was great. The carpet cleaner is fabulous, highly recommend.

Ordered a pair of shoes, delivered very prompt, unfortunately they didn’t fit, return process and refund was very quick.

Order two new tyres and chose an at home fitting service, prices was extremely competitive.. all round very pleased with my purchase, so much so I made an additional purchase a month later.

Very happy, order was seamless, items arrived the next day.

I was looking to purchase a new turntable for my husbands birthday.. being honest, I hadn’t got a clue.. The guys at Richer Sounds were incredible..

My husband was delighted with his gift, I didn’t take the credit for the choice as he knows I don’t have a clue!

The mortgage service was excellent, from initial enquiry, a follow up call with Peter Hart, and a mortgage in principle within the hour. Really couldn’t have asked for more. Very easy, I would highly recommend.

Why only 3 stars.. I was followed up with a call for life insurance, I agreed to get a quote, after the quote was given, I received many multiples of calls to try and sell me the policy, I wasn’t ready to take on a new policy without reading the T&Cs I was told you will receive these when you set up the policy and you can cancel if you’re not happy as the first month is free! Sorry, I would not accept any contract without ready the contract details. It felt very high pressured sales.

Purchased a Ninja wood fired pizza oven. Delivered the next day! Great service, great product..

Mostly very good.. some of the lockers scanners don’t always scan the QR or bar codes.. can be a pain manually typing these in if you have multiple parcels to send.

I have booked many flights with Jet2 and the occasional holiday! Always fabulous service!

Ordered a washing machine and tumble dryer from ME, I did quite a lot of price comparison prior to purchase ME was quite significantly lower priced then nearest competitors for identical products. Although I had never purchased from them before.

Delivery was scheduled and I received an email and a text the night before with a two hour delivery slot..

My delivery was perfectly on time and was made by Pardip and Damien .. my old machine was removed and my new machines were delivered into my utility room. Pardip was very helpful, he explained everything thoroughly, was extremely polite and really is a true reflection of ME ..

When shopping, price is always the biggest factor, but the service shows us how well a company values their customers.

Booked a flight from Birmingham to Amsterdam - I received an email confirmation of the completed booking with reference number TRA12104104.

10 minutes after booking I received a phone call to say the price I paid was no longer available and to secure the flight I had 'already booked and paid for' I would need to pay an additional amount of money' I refused as I has purchased a ticket at the price advertised.
I asked for the flight to be cancelled and refunded.

Ironically, I then went back on their website and the same flight was being advertised at exactly the same price I had originally paid!

What a complete and utter joke!!!

Booked with Push Doctor, as I was away from home and wouldn't be able to make a GP appointment, paid £49 and connected with a doctor, because she couldn't see inside my throat she said she couldn't provide a prescription, what a complete waste of time and money.. was advised to see my GP and paid £49 for that advice!!

App closed during the consultation and wouldn't allow me back into the appointment, the GP then rang me back - Not sure how she would have checked my throat on the telephone...

**Re-reviewed this to a 3 star as the prompt response and outcome of my complaint were dealt with very quickly, this shows a business is committed to listening to their customers and delivering the best service possible.

Order Number #56640 - I placed an order 5 weeks ago for a T-shirt and a dress, the T-shirt was delivered within a week or so due to it being a stock item, the dress, however, stated a 3-week delivery time, this was confirmed when I ordered and again in the confirmation email - It's now been 5 weeks and nothing!

Now I get the ethical side of the brand, and I always buy my clothes responsibly and sustainably as much as possible, but this is ridiculous! This won't be a company I will be purchasing with again,

I have made many many purchases from The Vintage Sofa Company - we discovered them during Covid and we regularly drive over 2 hours to visit the showroom as you cannot grasp the quality and indulgence online.

This is a lovely experience, especially the gifted drinks and brownies.. Looking forward to our next trip...

What to buy next 🤔

In April 2023, I ordered two wooden garden sofas and two matching chairs, along with a full set of covers, as well as an eight-seater table and chairs from GardenBenches.com. I spent quite a lot of money on this order.

The order process was straightforward. I called to place the order and had a few questions. The person on the phone was very helpful and answered all my questions. Before I placed my order, they informed me that they were waiting for the stock to arrive and that delivery would take around three weeks, which was perfect for my needs.

Delivery arrived on time, without any issues. The delivery company brought all the items into our garden, which was very helpful. I was very pleased with the quality of the furniture.

We had chosen green covers, but a few of them faded very quickly in the sun. I contacted the office, and they immediately sent out a completely new set of covers. Their customer service was fantastic.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and would definitely buy from them again.

Booked at short notice, delivered within 2 days.

One comment is it would be good to get email confirmation to say the order has been received and the booking is in process, I had to call the following day to check the order had been accepted. Once Skip Hire had sourced a skip I was given confirmation of delivery.
