Don't ever try to buy foreign exchange in metro bank. They make you wait for a week, then finally they try to charge you much more

I wanted to have some foreign exchange for my holiday. They said, they don't have it at the store, but can order for me and will be ready to pick up in 3-5 business days. I agreed, I went back next week, 6 business days later.

They made me to wait at the counter then at sitting at the table, then at the counter again. I was waiting more then 40 minutes altogether

When finally after consulting each and every living creature in the store, they get to the point where they decided I have to pay much more

This is ridiculous and absolutelly unacceptable

If you want to keep your peace of mind don't waste your time for metro bank. I learned my lesson on the hard way

I had my appointment at 9am, but the main entrances of the building were closed. I called them, the lady was very sweet and did her best to sort this out.
I double checked my confirmation email, it does not give any instruction on how to access the building. This is very unprofessional

Excellent quality product!
But delivery takes 4 weeks, I think it's quite long
