Thank you for your recent review, It is disappointing to hear that you felt the price wasn’t competitive and you feel its starting to become expensive, I can see we have honoured the discount and premium from the previous years policy to assist as much as possible again this year.

As I am sure you can imagine the prices are set to reflect the claims that we settle, along with the administration of your policy and also the post event service we offer including the important service our in house claims manager provides.

I am glad that you haven’t needed to make a claim against your policy but I would hope you would better see the value of the cover provided should you need the support of our claims department.
