Terrible service
Terrible service. Got an email to say my parcel was delivered. I have not received this spoke to an advisor who said the GPS showed was delivered to a completely different area from where I stay. Was told the driver would pick up and drop of the next day. This was 3 days ago and nothing. Can not speak to anyone on the phone or Web chat. So left with nothing!!! 2 other people in my area had the same problem with their parcels on the same day. What has the driver done with everyone's goods?? Drivers number is just ringing out left txt messages and voice messages and just getting ignored. Worst service ever!!!!
