This is a very good, well presented shop. When I was visiting this morning I was really surprised to hear the lady volunteering on the till day today say she had recently picked up a pair of expensive Radley handbags. She was really pleased and said that was one of the reasons she volunteered! While I do understand that people may have some perks of the job, I don’t think that the person who donated may have felt the same; perhaps she would? In addition to this her friend sat on one side of the till eating, either a roll or sausage roll.. not great

I did make a return using Royal Mails Track and Trace service. It really was worth the extra money to do this.
Sophie Conran handled my return well and were very transparent about the procedure.

I was able to buy more dinner ware at sale price. As usual delivery was quick and it was well packaged and intact .

Today I stripped my bed to change it. Imagine my surprise when the £60 Hotel mattress topper that I put on the bed in mid October lay in shreds in my hands. I phoned the local store ( Kirkcaldy) to complain, unfortunately the person I spoke to didn’t seem bothered and said I needed the receipt. I did point out that because I had spent £60 I mistakenly felt that it would have been of reasonable quality and I would never need the receipt again! Presumably Dunglass Mill recognise that the Hotel brand is pretty exclusive to them?
Overall cheap, shoddy goods certainly not up to my last mattress topper bought from Asda for £25 five years ago, dry cleaned every year and overall excellent in comparison to the low quality tat sold to me at Dunelm.
Your loss however, I won’t be back, plenty of other places.
