The quality is appalling, the web adverts are totally misleading and when it comes to the “Risk free 100% money back return”. They offer you either 10% of the original price if you don’t want to send it back to FREEMANTLE,Australia or all your money, once they have completed “their” checks if you post it back.

Very annoyed at DPD. This was a present for a child and Amazon says delivered tomorrow. However DPD didn’t, and we got a message saying that Sue had tried to deliver it but we were not in, not the truth!
This has happened before.
To make matters worse the website doesn’t let you get in touch and we spent about three hours trying to get the parcel delivered that day.
NEEDLESS TO SAY, WITHOUT ANY HELP FROM DPD WHO HAD LET US DOWN.
No manager was available to discuss the problem and so their system will not improve as they don’t want to know what the problems are.
I will try to message the CE if I can raise the energy!
Completely knackered by the effort!
