Excellent company

Excellent company . Rapid has been very helpful and have helped me out in many situations more then you would find with any other rental company they go above and beyond. Always very prompt at resolving any issues or problems with the vehicles also.

Mikie in support

I just want to take the time to show my appreciation and gratitude to mikie in support. My Kia e Niro broke down on Thursday and from the start mikie was on the case. He arranged for the car to be picked up and taken back to the dealer. Upon hearing that it would take over two weeks for the car to be looked at he went and arranged a replacement vehicle for me. The initial car which I was offered was not suitable and even though that was the only option offered mikie went above and beyond and escalated it to a more senior person as he wasn’t happy with how the situation had been handled. As I write this he has been a superstar and managed to arrange for a like for like and arranged for a new contract to begin. Thank you for your help again Mikie!

Absolute sham of a company

Absolute sham of a company. We booked as it stated 24 hours call out. Our first appointment was cancelled which was for four days after booking not 24 hours. The next week an
Engineer called Jason came out looked at it and told us the fridge freezer needed parts.two weeks later I heard nothing. I rung glotech up who told me the parts had been sent to the wrong place and had to be reordered. Another week passed and got a text to say to phone to book in appointment done so for a week after. On the day of said repair got a text from parcel force saying my parcel from glotech was due the next day. I phoned them and they said they’d have to cancel appointment and to phone up when parts had arrived to arrange appointment. Phoned up another week wait. Repair person came out again to discover they had sent the wrong parts . At this point the engineer told me it would be quicker for me to get a new fridge freezer then wait for the part so filled me with confidence. He said parts most likely couldn’t be ordered in. Phoned head office again to complain was told the woman would phone me back. Then got a phone call from the supervisor of the engineer saying that things I’d said on the phone the engineer was saying I was lying. Told me head office would definitely ring the next morning . It’s now the next afternoon and still no phone call. We’ve ordered a new fridge freezer now as have given up hope. This company is not organised and there’s a serious lack of communication between branches and head office. Massive job dissatisfaction engineer said he was the only person to cover whole London and south east of England. Seriously pay a few more pounds and get a decent company to do your repair.oh and surprise surprise my previous review was removed by glotech.
