Amazing

Amazing! The receptionist and the Sonographer were so polite and welcoming, I absolutely loved every minute of it and I cannot wait to come back for another scan. It felt so special and it was such a wonderful moment for me and my family

Very happy

Very happy! Translayte was so quick with my documents , professional, done everything I asked for passport application! Cannot believe how quick they were to deliver what I needed! Thank you guys

Incompetent staff

Incompetent staff. In 5 years I’ve not received a payment. Bailiff action multiple times and all of them failed. They seem to care more about the paying parent (who doesn’t pay) than the full time single parent and child. They do everything they can to avoid taking useful actions such as taking passport/Driving License away etc because they’re so lazy. I don’t understand how it can take so long for anything to be done.

Worst delivery company

Consistently leave my deliveries either out in the open by my front door, in my waste bin or they throw it into my neighbours garden. Terrible company, I wish companies would stop using them.

Shameful and uneducated

Karan from Broadband Billing team -‘messaging team’ did not listen to my concern and kept repeating herself over and over again and was not listening to what I was saying. She then passed me to a manager Sharhin who sorted the problem that had been going on for a month but was also quite rude. I hope no one has to deal with them as Karan seems quite uneducated and does not know how to read. Hope I never get them again as that will make me cancel every contract I have with them. This was Monday 24th February 2025 at 4:28pm. Coincidence that they did not leave a survey for me to fill out as they knew that they were useless.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. LOYALTY MEANS NOTHING

I have been with direct line for 3 years, coming up to my fourth year and I have 3 NCB, Nothing had changed and when it came up to my renewal quote, it was £500 more. I will NOT recommend Direct line, they are a rip off and con people. They have no care for loyal customers. Absolute slap in the face. DO NOT GIVE THESE CON PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!!

Bad! Wrong items, late delivery.

Been trying to get in contact with ISAWITFIRST regarding my order. I ordered £140 worth of things and I never received my items, I received the completely wrong order and they are ignoring my messages. Not only was the items wrong I also paid for next day delivery and it was 3 days late. Not happy. Someone needs to sort this asap
