Recently entered a draw where instant wins were being offered, and an email had gone out doubling the wins for a limited time. When I received the payout, there was a discrepancy between when they had the promotion starting and when the email said it started. Staff were very quick to review and correct the issue. Very helpful and friendly

Fast service arrived and works great, website was a little annoying to use as the page every change seemed to scroll to the bottom of the build so had to scroll up. Minor issue overall. Would recommend

I ordered this on 03/03/2022 originally for delivery on 17th. Initially, the delay was on the suppliers' end, and goods were not received by delivery until the 19th.
I received a confirmed date of 21st and took another day off only to find the order was "quarantined", requiring me to call (no email sent, only found this out by checking the website). I Called and agreed to a re-delivery date of 22/03. The next day having taken another day off I received an email stating delivery had been changed to 23/03 without discussing the change with me.
When contacted, they confirmed the item was in the wrong part of the depot causing yet another day.
When item finally delivered they did a good job but communication to me and between different parts of the business was lacking

Entered for a PS5 on 22/10/2021 only added 1 ticket at £8.49 and won. Has arrived and is gonna be a great present for my wife.

After a while of entering, the random number finally fell in my favour. Won a Stream deck. Won it on Friday, these guys had it posted out on Monday, arrived Tuesday. Exactly as described. Even offer aftercare support on how to set up
