Todd Doors could have done better...
Door was ordered and paid for and after 10 weeks I checked on delivery only to find out you were waiting for a form from me despite having placed and paid for my order. Your system should have flagged much earlier and not waited 10 weeks for me to chase. I then had to wait a further 10 weeks with no acceptance or recognition that your system was poor and there was no compassion from your sales desk.
Furthermore the door arrived recently and when the carpenter came to unpack and fit the door there was a mark on it which was visible through the wrapping. There was no thought on my part to wait another 10 weeks and maybe you would have claimed that the mark was done by me so we have touched up the door ourselves. Not a particularly happy experience.
