Disappointing. I ordered well ahead of the event I was running. The item was sent by Parcel Force. I was in when it apparently was attempted for delivery and it wasn't. The item came on the day of my event. I understand that is in the control of Parcelforce but that's still their responsibility to deliver a service on time. It wasn't and I think a 10% gift code on another item whilst I have an item I have no point even opening is poor. Disappointed to see even the empathy of that is lacked on asking for a refund/ partial.
