Terrible experience. What is the point of having smart meter when on the end of contract I've been issued with massive bill. online account couldn't tell me what is my usage so I couldn't adjust my direct debit British gas didn't bother to do that neither. Not sure where is this high rating coming from. I'll definitely avoid this company in the future and I suggest to do the same to others. I feel scammed.
Edit: now this is even better, because of the big bill I call them and arrange to pay in three installments, now first installment upcoming in full amount🤬.
Edit: and as I expected, despite number of calls and being assured that this big bill will be in 3 equals installment yet that didn't happen. My bank account was debited one full amount. Disgusting

Ordering online very easy. Installing products very easy.
Only 4 stars because you can't trust dispatch time so take that in to consideration. I ordered 7 blinds that came in 3 different days. We couldn't track them customer service didn't know where the packaging is. I think they been sending products as they make them so why giving people dates that you can't keep.
Update: turns out there is no fabric choice. Website tells you can choice between blackout, thermal or normal all fabric used is the same no different so that's scam!!!

What is this company? I got message with link that take my to tracking website which says insufficient address information what a nonsense. So I call them as the website advice, can't talk to real person there. Automated receptionist told me to use live chat that doesn't work. Two stars thanks to your politely drivers
