What lovely staff. Firstly the 2 women who greeted me are so genuinely lovely. They are polite, explain until you are at ease, chatty and make you feel relaxed. Aesthetically the building is also very nice. The sonographer was patient and informative also , i really enjoyed my experience here THANKYOU :)

I'd broken my ankle so my daughter came to collect my cake. I left my number online when i ordered so you can contact me. The staff waited until i came to collect my cake to tell my daughter they cant fit the writing on they sent her away twice which meant it took over 20minutes to collect the cake. The taste was good. The time spent changing the wording made me late to my own birthday.

I wish i could leave no stars . Hermes are the WORST courier service known to man. In 3 weeks you have 'lost'4 of my parcels, or rather your delivery driver has helped himself. I now stay clear of shops who choose hermes as a courier.

I have ordered over 5 times from this website and i am always pleased. If you are ever unhappy with how something turns out the customer service is 10/10 and they always accomodate your needs. I don't have a bad word to say. Definately recommend!

Disgrace the amount of time it takes for an ombudsman to look at the case. Always seems that when they get around to coming to a conclusion the company goes into administration. First wonga now Sunny loans. So once again i will be out a couple thousand. Thanks for taking your sweet time FOS with you classic answer "we can't give a time scale it could be months". These months have now led to me getting next to nothing! Great job!
