Avoid love holidays
Love holidays worst company to deal with Spoke to our flight company they advised they have sent the full refund back even provided the details they sent it back to and the date, spoke to love holidays they refused to issue the refund advised they had not received it waited the 45 days they asked us to as they guaranteed we would have it back then contacted them again they said it would be with us soon so waited contacted again different answer but was happy to wait so contacted to today to be told something different and they had no idea when we would get out refund asked us to provide a receipt from Ryan air I was more than happy to speak to them and ask but they couldn't give me this as the money was paid off love holidays card they advised me to get love holidays to contact them love holiday refused so currently out of pocket nearly 800 and love holidays denying they have the money when Ryan air have confirmed the date it was paid back and confirmed the last four digits of the card which love holidays verified as well.
