I was delighted to be upgraded to early delivery and my foundation came when I was told to expect it.

Very expensive and lack of service. I was asked to wait in for a fitter from 9am to 12 noon no one turned up. I phoned and was told they would book me in for another day. Then I found out Paul Dean 118299 the measuring person hires an independant outside fitter who only works from 4 pm for Hillarys, but he tells the customer they will be there from 9am to 12 noon! He also told us Hillarys offer a full service and take away the rubbish and old blinds. Not true. He failed to mention the chain for the blind had to have a wall fixing, by law, to anchor the chain to the wall.
This company is over charging customers and
misinforming customers about offering a full service when all the fitters are actually independendant and do not have to take away old blinds and rubbish.
Luckliy, Paul Bullock our fitter, who arrived at 4pm was an amazing fitter who went the extra mile for us and took away the old blinds which he didn't need to do.
Our son is in a local hospice dying. Right now time spent with him is of a priority to us.
Not acceptable Hillary's Blinds!!!!

The whole process of ordering our Ergoflex mattress was easy. The staff very helpful and the woman I spoke to was very honest with answering my questions.
The mattress was a fast delivery. I quickly got used to sleeping on it because it is so comfortable. Firm yet giving and no roll together. A full 5 Stars!

Amy Louise Hudson, the designer at the Hailsham Wicks store was so very helpful with suggestions and plans for our ensuite bathroom. We want the bath out and a walk in shower in. Amy replied immediately to my texts, answering my questions. In store she explained the procedures etc very clearly, taking me through the proccess step by step.
I highly recommend popping in to speak with Amy if you want to make any bathroom changes!

Oak Funrniture King has a very helpful customer service (especially Helen) who helped me through an ordering error made by me! The wrong chairs delivered were collected and replaced very quickly. Good quality chairs too!

Very fast delivery, but did not arrive to collect on a Friday as arranged, however, returned after the weekend on Monday to collect. Very helpful delivery man.

The pointsettia was beautifully wrapped and protected from the weather and I am told it hasn't dropped any leaves and is still as beautiful a week after delivery, Thank you.
However, the delivery service was poor! My mother watched the van pull up and waited by the front door for him to deliver, but he left the plant by the back gate which was per the, 'if there is no reply' note I put online, and just drove off!
