As a first-time buyer of a 'personalised' plate, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. In the event, the whole procedure could not have gone any better or been any smoother.
I was well impressed by how I was kept informed every step of the way. When I was told something would happen within a certain timescale.....it did!
Needless to say, I would highly recommend this service and company.

No problems. it was a very slick and easy process.

There was a slight delay in getting my purchase to me but that was nothing to do with H V & C (try Royal Mail) but nevertheless they offered to send a replacement. In the event, it turned up 24 hours later so no second item was necessary. Can't fault their service.

Although my wife was reluctant to have a smart meter fitted, the installer won her over! He was extremely courteous, efficient and could not have been more helpful. Why can't everyone just be like that? It's not hard and it doesn't cost anything.
