BEWARE OF MISLEADING INSTALLATION INFORMATION.
If replacing a different integrated product, Hotpoint charge a higher installation cost plus the integrated door would not be refitted. Wording has now been changed slightly on the Company website since we purchased our product (admission of fault?). Customer Services very unhelpful and do not answer points raised and curt in their response. We were changed £115 for the installer to remove old appliance, push new one into place, connect electric plug and water hose. Extortionate! We then had further expense if finding a kitchen fitter to refit the unit door. Unable to take further as Hotpoint (Beko) are not part of an ADR Scheme.
