Day 2 test booked at Birmingham Bullring branch. Owais on reception turned around what ended being a horrible run around in Bullring on nye that closed early. He was extremely polite, understanding and made his best effort to get things sorted for us. My anxiety was sky high and his calming presence and efforts was just wonderful. You're very lucky to have such a man.
