It's all about the delivery! Why pay for a faster delivery if the courier drink supermarket deliver 3 days late, lie that they have tried to deliver, send out delivery notifications and just don't show. For this reason I wouldn't use them again

We had a breakdown, our first ever. I’ve always had RAC but never needed it. Our rescuer was Wayne 2639. He was quick and knowledgable. It gave me such comfort to know someone was coming to help. My husband and I are not spring chickens 😂 and we were relieved to get help. I will just say though we phoned the telephone number on the policy and they seem to really put you off waiting to speak to someone. Everything is through a link to the app which is ok if you can get WiFi. Personally I like some human interaction when I need it.

Reading all these negative reviews I think we must be lucky in Guiseley. We have a first class service from very obliging hard working staff. Can’t fault our service at all it’s great we are very lucky

Was a good course in that it makes you more aware of your judgements. It would be a good course for anyone to be able to book on, not just those of us who were caught in a speed camera. If you’ve been a driver for many years you become a bit complacent and things do change on the roads. I felt it only needed one person to deliver the course not two people for 2hrs 45mins. Most of the time the second person sits through it! £90 is pricey and very difficult to find for a lot of people ( the weeks family shop +) although I recognise it’s a fine !! also felt it could have been delivered in 2 hours easily. The shorter the course the greater the impact. Quite a bit of wasted time and no need for a break

Easy to order. Emails sent in each step of dispatch and delivery. Delivered by a good courier dhl. Packed very well indeed. Delivered before it was estimated to be.
