There used to be a good expression "all fur coat and no knickers". Lovely web site, lovely online form. No real human reply at all after 11 days (and counting) even a short one to say they didn't do the sort of work I needed done (possible tree damage) which I could quite understand. So much for "ideally next working day". Best avoided?

The food was fine and the delivery was fine but online services think you are a total patsy. Delivery from this amount actually means that most slots cost far more. There is a delivery charge but also a minimum basket size and it feels like you are being constantly "twisted" to order more than you actually want to. For family reasons I kind of had to use this service but it leaves a bad taste to be constantly "chiselled" by a web site.

Quick delivery. As described. Well packaged. Good value. Good online advice.

These folk are complete stars. Our car battery totally died without warning just before French customs (wouldn't take any charge at all) and they couldn't have been kinder or more effective. They jump started us, then did it again and nursed us onto the next train because we couldn't quite make our booked one. Then they jumped us _off_ the train and gave good advice about where was nearest to get a battery. I can't recall so many people in one organisation being so good to a family in distress. Hats off!

These were bought for fancy dress not work but came quickly and were as described. Good and solid.
