Really disapointed about the value for money.

Vers bad experience. Can not recommend Thiis Company at all.

I had bookes a ticket with Ryan Air through Travellink. Despite the fact that i had to register my daughters age when booking. Was she registered as an adult and not as she should have been as a teen.

This led to increased costs and services booked that me and my daughter did not receive.

Travel link did not assume responsibility but send the entire claim on to Ryan Air.

Please do not use Travellink. The only way we as consumers can claim our rights is to let them go out of business by not using them.
