There was nothing wrong with the garden service or the man carrying out the work, its the customer support that is the issue. I have rung and left messages for the 2 people who carry out the management of the service to request a call back and they just don't respond. Even using the main number for Greensleeves who sent the people an email asking for them to contact me has not happened. I get the feeling that no one is actually really bothered as long as they are getting paid. Maybe not paying the next invoice will get some action. However I reiterate there is nothing wrong with the actual lawn maintenance this is very good and runs like clock work.
