Rubbish waited over a week for imoportant work clothes received emails stating delayed then I changed to drop it at a post office still not delivered eventually delivered to my original address 9 days later for driver to tell
Me he couldn’t leave item as barcode wasn’t working after me telling him in so many words this was a joke he contacted his boss who made me sign and print on a piece of paper worst delivery experience I’ve had

I would like to say that Jo at the Doncaster carcroft branch helped us buy our 4th sofa from DFS today what a nice polite not pushy sales person very helpful and informative a pleasure to deal with thank you Joseph.

Very poor I cannot use the app when I spoke to customer services nothing they could answer I got also promised £50 for transferring but because couldn’t log in or use app didn’t receive day after I changed supplier they increased prices tried to offer me £5 back but yet again couldn’t log in to app got sick of wasting my time with them
