Didn’t think they could get any worse, the bed I ordered nearly a month ago still hasn’t been sent (confirmed via the actual bed company) and Debenhams are saying they will not refund and I have to wait for delivery and then return (for a fee) why when it’s not left the manufacturer, absolutely useless customer services!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!! Won’t be excepting delivery or paying any form of fee

Absolutely useless customer service! None existent! Been waiting for my delivery since I ordered on the 16/12! Buy from another company rather than these cowboys! Clearly no association to the original Debenhams!!!

Excellent, I was warned by a travel agent not to book with LH as she said the prices were not “live” and my holiday price would increase after booking but before confirmation. Well it didn’t and I grabbed myself an amazing holiday £2K cheaper! LOVE love holiday!!!! Thank you!

Ordered 27/11, on its way 28/11 never arrived! Had it confirmed via delivery company that they have lost the items, customer service is rubbish! Still no refund or update! As a company updating your PAYING customers would be an advantage, if you did we possibly wouldn’t mind waiting for a further order to be sent! Your ignorance just makes you look like scammers!!!

I bought what I thought was a north face coat (genuine) I received a cheap fake product, the stitching was a different colour to the coat & it was very poorly sized, cheap china replica! They offered me in £2.00 values upto £15.00 and told me to get it fixed! glad I payed by PayPal as they have opted in my favour and I have received a full refund! Be aware!
