Ye sadly I agree . These reviews are all to apparent . I started using b2b in lock down ,price wise some fantastic deals. Sadly it's down hill since then .Damaged deliveries . Ben seems to have a hold hopefully now . This is my last attempt after 2 failed damaged deliveries,all because of dreadful packaging . I can go elsewhere ,spend 2 or 3 pound more and guarantee its secure and undamaged and that is the small margins between repeat custom and failure . I really hope they get it right but if you can not after repeat complaints then I don't hold much hope . Cheers carl

Scum company employing thieves . Second parcel delivered to front door picture taken and I am at work . You can't speak to no one ,proof that complaints must be huge . The state of the company is shameful. Parcel is now missing . Hermes your total scum

What a find . First opened it 24 May 2021 ,clean ,polished product ,delivered by amazon within 10hours . Set up in car now ,discreetly, looks professional and neat. Picture quality 1080 ,outstanding. Rear camera attached to top of boot not really visible ,I intend to buy adhesive explaining rear is on cctv as a sticker and visible camera wipe out clowns tailgating worse drivers on UK roads ,bullies ,I digress. Camera is well built ,well designed , all features work to perfection . Absolute quality 👌

This place is the bees knees. Only place now that I order virtually everything brew later . Martyn is top lad and goes out of his way to sort you . Some of the kits that go on clearance are a ridiculously cheap price and these are quality branded . Lads in warehouse graft !!!!!! Top x million

First I have ever heard of them was by chance , thank goodness I had . Decided to have some good tyres at HiQ and got a suggestion to use Payment Assist , awsome ,from now on these people will be my preferred choice of payment FIRST CLASS SERVICE .
