Excellent communication. This was our first time hiring a campervan, but Jono was helpful and guided us through how it all works. We took their campervan, called the master, for 2 nights and it was brilliant! It was easy to drive, and was equipped with everything we needed. Just a shame about the weather.

Wish I'd ordered with specsavers. I know there is a pandemic going on but it's been 4 weeks and still no glasses. My eyes are so bad that I've had to wear my prescription sunglasses all that time. After 2.5 weeks I rang to ask as they were still being 'processed' and miraculously they got shipped the following day. It's been a week since then and still a no-show.
Not a happy bunny and doubt I'll be using this site again.

Dear Laura,
We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the time it took to receive your glasses. Upon checking your account we can see that the order was placed on the 28/04/2020. It was then authorised by one of our Dispensing Opticians on the 29/04. We do have to quote a minimum of 10-14 days from that date, although some more complex orders may take slightly longer due to the current situation.
We can then see you phoned on the 11/05 chasing the order and one of our customer service advisors got in contact with our Laboratory to see if we could get an estimated time of arrival. However, by this time the lenses had been manufactured and were just being cut into the correct size and shape, therefore they were then dispatched on the 12/05 after passing our Quality Control checks.
They have been sent out via Royal Mail First Class Post and this usually takes 1-2 working days to arrive. Unfortunately, Royal Mail have advised us we do need to allow them 10 days to deliver items at the moment due to delays they are experiencing in certain areas.
We do apologise for any inconvenience caused.
